Max Maslii

Max Maslii founded Digicode in 2008 in Kyiv, Ukraine, with a mission to create an IT provider that embodies excellence in the digital realm. He moved the company’s headquarters to Texas in 2016. As President and Global CEO, he oversees strategy, product development, and market expansion, with a particular focus on applied artificial intelligence—a field he has worked in since the early 2000s. Under his leadership, Digicode serves clients including Microsoft, BlaBlaCar, Cisco, Bosch, and The Economist, and has launched an iGaming division led by former SBTech CEO Itai Zak. Maslii’s areas of expertise include business strategy, IT, computer science and AI, mergers and acquisitions, and leadership. He has more than 19 years of professional experience and is a member of the IT Ukraine Association. He holds a degree from the National Technical University of Ukraine ‘Kyiv Polytechnic Institute’.
