Mattias Grafström is the Secretary General of FIFA, the international governing body of football (soccer). Born on 24 September 1980 in Geneva, Switzerland to a Swedish father and a Dutch mother, and raised in France, he began his career at UEFA, where he held various legal and football governance roles before joining FIFA in 2016 as Director of Football Regulatory.
