Mary Lou Patterson is a gaming industry executive based in North Bend, Washington. She spent nearly ten years as Chief Financial Officer of Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel before being promoted to Interim Chief Executive Officer in 2024, overseeing the property’s ongoing expansion and operational leadership.
