Marlon Goldstein is a corporate and securities attorney turned C-level executive in the iGaming and sports betting sector. He currently serves as Executive Managing Director and CEO of Hard Rock Digital, the online gaming and sportsbook arm of Hard Rock International. In this role, he oversees the company's digital expansion and strategic initiatives.
Before joining Hard Rock Digital, Goldstein spent more than 15 years at the global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, where he rose from associate to shareholder and co-chair of the firm's national gaming practice. During his legal career, he represented casino operators, tribal gaming authorities, private equity funds, and gaming device manufacturers in major transactions, including the $1.0 billion acquisition of Hard Rock International by Seminole Hard Rock Entertainment and the $177 million acquisition of Cadillac Jack by Amaya Gaming Group.
Goldstein holds a degree from Emory University and is a member of the Florida Bar. He was recognized as a Top Dealmaker of the Year by The Daily Business Review and has been repeatedly listed in Florida Trend's Legal Elite and Florida Super Lawyers.
