Mark Summerfield was appointed Non-Executive Chair of Evoke plc in October 2025, succeeding Lord Jonathan Mendelsohn. He joined the Evoke board as a Non-Executive Director in 2019, subsequently chairing the Audit & Risk and Gaming Compliance Committees and serving on the ESG Committee.
Summerfield brings extensive financial and governance experience to the role, having previously served as an audit partner and CFO. His institutional knowledge of Evoke and the wider iGaming industry has been built over six years on the board. He is a chartered accountant and holds a degree from the University of Bristol.
