
Mark Pace

IGSA International Gaming Standards AssociationMark Pace is a seasoned gaming industry executive with a career spanning land-based casino operations, slot machine manufacturing, gaming systems development, online gaming, lottery technical operations, and regulatory affairs at the local and federal levels both domestically and internationally. His resume includes roles at Harrah’s Entertainment, WMS Gaming Inc., and Scientific Games. He worked with the International Gaming Standards Association for fifteen years representing those companies and as a member of the Board of Directors.
In 2017, he joined the association as Managing Director of GSA Europe. In 2018, he was named Vice President of IGSA in addition to his European office responsibilities. In 2024, he was appointed President of IGSA, while retaining his role as Managing Director of GSA Europe. In 2019, he was named co‑project leader of the European Committee for Standardization’s TC/456, which created the first pan‑European gaming standard for “Reporting in support of Online Gambling supervision.” He recently worked with the government of the Republic of Georgia to create regulations and technical requirements for land‑based and online gaming, and to help establish the regulatory authority.
Today, as President of IGSA, Mark leads the organization’s global standards initiatives for the gaming industry, building on decades of experience in technical operations, regulatory affairs, and industry collaboration.
