Mark Lipparelli is a distinguished leader in technology, business consulting, and gaming regulation. He earned both a B.S. in finance and an M.S. in economics from the University of Nevada, Reno, and began his career as a securities analyst at the Nevada State Gaming Control Board, later rising to senior research analyst. This early regulatory experience laid the foundation for his deep expertise in gaming policy and oversight.

Lipparelli served as Chairman of the Nevada Gaming Control Board from 2009 to 2012, appointed by Governor Brian Sandoval. During his tenure, he oversaw the licensing and regulation of Nevada's gaming industry during a period of significant technological change. He later served as a Nevada State Senator for District 6 from 2015 to 2016, further contributing to public policy.

His corporate career includes executive roles at major gaming companies: Executive Vice President at Bally Technologies, President and Executive Vice President at Shuffle Master, Inc., Chief Financial Officer at Camco, Inc., and Vice President of Finance at Casino Data Systems. He also served as board member and Vice Chairman of the Gaming Standards Association, reflecting his commitment to industry standards and innovation.

Currently, Lipparelli is Founder and CEO of Gioco Ventures, LLC, a development-stage technology and investment company, and Managing Member and CEO of GVII, LLC, which manages the Westgate Resort Las Vegas. He is Chairman of the Board of Galaxy Gaming, Inc., a table game and technology company, and serves on the board of the General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA). He also chairs the International Center for Responsible Gaming (ICRG) and is a board trustee of the University of Nevada Foundation, underscoring his leadership in both industry and philanthropy.
