Maria Sayapina is an experienced iGaming professional specializing in SEO and performance marketing, currently serving as Director of Casino at Game Lounge, a Malta-based iGaming affiliate company. She joined Game Lounge in 2023 as Head of Performance and was later promoted to her current role, where she oversees casino-focused affiliate operations and growth strategies.

Before joining Game Lounge, Sayapina spent nearly six years at Raketech Group, an iGaming affiliate network, where she progressed from SEO Manager to Senior SEO Manager and eventually Head of SEO. Her work there involved driving organic growth and performance marketing across competitive and emerging markets. Earlier in her career, she held marketing leadership roles in the United States, including VP Marketing at Hydrosphere.io in San Francisco and Marketing Consultant at Provectus in Palo Alto.
