Marco Bassini is an Assistant Professor of Fundamental Rights and Artificial Intelligence at the Tilburg Institute for Law, Technology, and Society (TILT), Tilburg University, and a Research Fellow at the Centre on Regulation in Europe (CERRE). For over a decade he has combined academic research with legal practice, working at international law firms in Milan and Rome and serving as a data protection officer for leading companies.
