Manoji Wadugodapi

Manoji Wadugodapitiya is a Sri Lankan entrepreneur, philanthropist, and changemaker who serves as Chairperson of PAMS Hydro Power (Pvt) Ltd and Arsulana Eco Lodge, and is the Founder of the Simply Women Organization. Her career spans renewable energy, sustainable tourism, women’s empowerment, and humanitarian service. She is recognized as the only female owner of a hydropower plant in Sri Lanka and was named Entrepreneur of the Year at the Top 50 Professional and Career Women’s Global Awards.
Within the iGaming industry, Wadugodapitiya is a featured speaker at SiGMA summits, contributing to discussions on women in gaming and business leadership. She is listed as a speaker at the SiGMA South Asia Summit under the name Manoji Wadugodapi, reflecting her active role in the gambling industry as a thought leader.
