Luigi Caputo

Luigi Caputo is an entrepreneur and consultant focused on iGaming, esports, and startup ecosystems. He is the founder and CEO of Behaveme, a company that provides partnership, content, and strategy consulting to the iGaming industry while also operating a support network for founders and freelancers. Through Behaveme, he advises iGaming companies on AI integration, workflow strategy, and partnership development.

In 2024, Caputo participated in the INNOVIT – Italian Innovation and Culture Hub cohort in Silicon Valley, where he worked on his venture Emaze Gaming, a gaming‑related project. He has been active in Italian esports policy, notably delivering the White Paper on Esports and Gaming from the Osservatorio Italiano Esports to Italy’s Minister for Sport and Youth, Andrea Abodi, and is a partner in the “Vinciamo Insieme” project with the LND – Lega Nazionale Dilettanti.
