Lloyd D. Levenson

Lloyd D. Levenson is the Chief Executive Officer of Cooper Levenson, Attorneys at Law, where he also serves as Co-Chair of the Casino & iGaming Law Practice Group and Chair of the Government Services Group. He has been instrumental in developing and implementing all aspects of gaming law, with a particular focus on iGaming, sports wagering, mobile gaming, and pari-mutuel betting.

As a trial attorney accomplished in complex casino regulatory matters, Levenson represents casinos, sovereign governments, casino professionals, and industry suppliers. His career includes defending clients in class action suits and winning a landmark Federal Appeals Court case.

He began his legal career as an Assistant Essex County Prosecutor and later served as Chief Trial Attorney for the Morris County Prosecutor's Office, First Assistant Essex County Prosecutor, and Chief Assistant Prosecutor for the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office.
