Kyrylo Korobka
Executive Director at Ready to Fight and CEO & Co‑founder of BigHeads Agency
Kyrylo Korobka is a sports‑business executive and entrepreneur operating at the intersection of boxing, technology, and iGaming. He currently serves as Executive Director at Ready to Fight (RTF), the digital ecosystem co‑founded by heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk that aims to digitise boxing through a mobile app, federation partnerships, and cross‑border payment solutions. In this role, he oversees operations, broadcast, marketing, and event execution, including co‑organising the Usyk vs. Dubois blockbuster fight. He also holds the role of CEO & Co‑founder of BigHeads Agency, a sports‑marketing and talent‑representation firm.
Prior to his current roles, Korobka was Executive Director of Team Usyk (the athlete’s management team) and earlier held a CMO position within a major cryptocurrency project as well as unspecified roles in international corporations.
