Kimberly Miranda

Kimberly Miranda brings more than 25 years of finance and accounting experience to Jamul Casino Resort, including over two decades in Tribal gaming. In her current role as Vice President of Finance, she provides strategic financial leadership, overseeing all finance and accounting functions, long-range planning, capital investment initiatives, and operational excellence. She joined the resort in September 2025 as Director of Finance and was promoted to Vice President of Finance in July 2026 after demonstrating strong leadership and making an immediate impact.

Prior to Jamul, Miranda served as Associate Director of Finance at Enchantment Resort and Mii amo Spa in Sedona, Arizona. For more than 13 years, she was at Cliff Castle Casino Hotel in Camp Verde, Arizona, where she rose from Controller to Director of Finance. During her tenure at Cliff Castle, she guided a major hotel tower expansion, led a migration to cloud-based accounting software, implemented BSA/Title 31 compliance systems, and steered the organization through the financial challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Her financial reports on Tribal compact matters were cited by the Arizona State Gaming Agency as a model for other Tribal operations.

Miranda is a trusted advisor to the Finance team and operational leaders, known for modernizing financial operations, developing high-performing teams, and providing sound strategic guidance.
