Kevan Parekh is Apple's senior vice president and chief financial officer, reporting to CEO Tim Cook. In this role, he oversees Apple's accounting, business support, financial planning and analysis, treasury, investor relations, internal audit, and tax functions.
Parekh joined Apple in 2013 and has held several key financial leadership positions. He served as vice president of Worldwide Finance, supporting Engineering, iTunes, Marketing, Retail, and Sales, and later as vice president of Financial Planning and Analysis before becoming CFO on January 1, 2025, succeeding Luca Maestri.
With over 20 years of experience leading global finance teams, Parekh previously held senior leadership roles at Thomson Reuters and General Motors. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Chicago. He is of Indian American descent.
