Ken Ostempowski

Ken Ostempowski is a seasoned casino executive who was appointed Senior Vice President and General Manager of three Caesars Entertainment Las Vegas Strip properties—Paris Las Vegas, Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, and Horseshoe Las Vegas—effective September 17, 2024. In this role, he oversees the operations, strategic growth, and guest experience for these iconic resorts, which together form one of the largest casino-and-entertainment portfolios on the Strip.

Previously, Ostempowski served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of The ROW Reno, a three-casino destination in Northern Nevada comprising Eldorado Resort Casino, Silver Legacy, and Circus Circus Reno. He held that position from at least 2023 until his move to Las Vegas, driving operational improvements and community engagement across the properties.

Ostempowski’s career spans multiple Caesars (formerly Eldorado Resorts) properties across the Gulf Coast, the Midwest, and Colorado, where he held senior vice president and general manager roles. His breadth of experience in different gaming markets has equipped him with a deep understanding of regional and destination casino operations, and he is recognized for consistently delivering operational growth and fostering strong local partnerships.
