Jerry M. Jacobs Jr. (born August 22, 1962) is an American business executive serving as Co-Chief Executive Officer of Delaware North, a global hospitality and entertainment company with significant gaming operations. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, then joined Delaware North in 1986.
Jacobs led the Sportservice division as chairman from 1995 until 2015, when he was named co-CEO alongside his brother Louis. He also serves as an alternate governor for the Boston Bruins of the NHL.
Active in civic life, Jacobs chairs the UB Council at the University at Buffalo, serves on the U.S. Travel Association CEO Roundtable, and was elected to the board of M&T Bank Corporation in 2025. He and his wife, Alice Carroll French, reside in East Aurora, New York, and have two children.
