Jeff Hamilton

Jeff Hamilton is the President and General Manager of Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Connecticut, a position he has held since 2019. A member of the Mohegan Tribe, he oversees all day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and business objectives for the flagship casino resort. His career at Mohegan Sun began in June 2004 as an Employee Relations Counselor within Human Resources, and over the years he advanced through roles including HR Communications Manager, Advertising Manager, Director of Compensation & Benefits, and Vice President of Human Resources.

In 2015, Hamilton was promoted to Assistant General Manager of Mohegan Sun, a role he held until assuming his current position in 2019. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Seton Hall University and a Master's degree from the University of New Haven. Beyond his corporate responsibilities, he serves on the boards of the United Way of Southeastern Connecticut, the Connecticut Tourism Council, the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (CT chapter), and the MADD State of CT Advisory Council.
