
Jason Park is a prominent financial executive in the iGaming industry, currently serving as the Chief Transformation Officer at DraftKings, a leading sports betting and daily fantasy sports operator. He transitioned into this newly created role on May 1, 2024, tasked with deploying cutting-edge technologies to enhance operating efficiencies and overseeing the integration of the proposed acquisition of Jackpocket.
Park originally joined DraftKings in June 2019 as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this capacity, he was responsible for various financial functions, including accounting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), tax, treasury, and investor relations. During his tenure as CFO, Park played an instrumental role in guiding DraftKings through its transition to the public markets, overseeing exponential increases in revenue, and achieving significant growth, with revenue rising from $323 million in 2019 to $3.6 billion in 2023.
Before his time at DraftKings, Park spent over a decade as an Operating Partner at Bain Capital Private Equity from January 2009 to June 2019, where he focused on technology investments. In this role, he collaborated with CEOs and management teams of portfolio companies to develop and execute value creation strategies. Prior to Bain Capital, he worked for eight years at McKinsey & Company, where he was an Associate Partner.
Park's extensive educational background includes an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, along with a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
