Jarek Bialek

Jarek Bialek has been active in the fintech industry since 2004, with responsibilities spanning product management, team building, sales, and automated support. He is also deeply involved in the global startup ecosystem as a mentor, coach, educator, and entrepreneur. He has worked with entrepreneurs and startups across four continents and partnered with local and national government entities to introduce entrepreneurship programs and deliver lectures, including at university level, focused on lean startup and design thinking methodologies.

Currently, Jarek is the CEO, Managing Director, and Partner of Revenue Capital (formerly Revenue Capital LLC), an alternative startup fund based on a tokenised revenue‑based funding model that supports highly scalable tech projects. He also serves as an Advisor to NYCE International, a B2B iGaming platform provider, bringing his fintech expertise to the gambling industry. Jarek is a frequent speaker and judge at industry events, including SiGMA / AIBC summits, and is actively involved in the Web3 and blockchain investment space, with recent expansion of Revenue Capital into Lugano, Switzerland.

His career has included a variety of roles across fintech and startup domains, with associations including Nyx Labs and others. He remains committed to supporting innovation through mentorship, investment, and advisory roles in the iGaming and broader tech sectors.
