Holly Gagnon

Holly Gagnon is a seasoned casino and hospitality executive with over 33 years of industry experience. She began her career in gaming with the opening of Foxwoods Resort and Casino and later served as President of Seneca Gaming Corporation, where she was recognized as one of Buffalo Business First’s Power 125 Women.

Gagnon currently serves as President of HGC Hospitality Gaming Consulting, a Distinguished Fellow at the UNLV International Gaming Institute (IGI), and a Senior Strategic Advisor at Spectrum Gaming Group. Since 2021, she has been a member of the Board of Directors for Bragg Gaming Group, first as Lead Independent Director and, as of January 2025, as Chair of the Board.

Her extensive background in both operational leadership and strategic advisory roles positions her as a key figure in the iGaming and broader gaming industry, with a focus on governance, regulatory compliance, and industry innovation.
