Hadrien Lepretre serves as the VP of Quantitative Analytics at Fanatics Betting & Gaming, a role he assumed after Fanatics acquired PointsBet's US operations. He leads quantitative analytics, bringing deep expertise in sports betting modeling and risk management.

Lepretre co-founded Banach Technology in October 2015 alongside Mark Hughes, Alex Zevenbergen, and Rob Reck. Banach specialized in sports betting analytics and pricing software. Prior to Banach, he played a leading role in establishing the Quants department at Paddy Power (now Flutter Entertainment), where he helped build the quantitative foundation for one of the world's largest betting operators.

In March 2021, PointsBet acquired Banach Technology for $43 million, and Lepretre became VP of Quantitative Analytics at PointsBet. Following PointsBet's sale of its US business to Fanatics in 2023, he transitioned to his current role at Fanatics, continuing to lead quantitative innovation in the fast-growing US sports betting market.
