
Glenn H. Schiffman
Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Board Director of Fanatics
FanaticsGlenn H. Schiffman is an American businessman and philanthropist who has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Fanatics since August 2021. In this role, he oversees corporate finance, M&A, treasury, FP&A, investor relations, accounting, information/security, HR, legal, and administration across Fanatics’ global operations, including its Fanatics Betting & Gaming (iGaming) and collectibles divisions. He was appointed to the Fanatics board of directors in 2025.
Prior to Fanatics, Schiffman was EVP & CFO of IAC/InterActiveCorp (2016–2021), where he helped build over $44 billion in shareholder value. He spent 25 years in investment banking, holding leadership roles at Guggenheim Securities (Senior Managing Director, 2013–2016), The Raine Group (Partner, 2011–2013), and Nomura (Head of Investment Banking for the Americas, 2010–2011). He began his career at Lehman Brothers in 1991 and later ran the firm’s Global Media Group (2005–2007) and Asia-Pacific Investment Banking (2007–2008), continuing at Nomura after it acquired Lehman’s Asian operations.
Schiffman holds a BA in Economics and History from Duke University. He serves on the boards of Match Group, Angi Inc., and previously chaired Vimeo. He was named Institutional Investor’s CFO of the Year (Midcap Internet) in 2018 and 2021.
