Gideon Orovwiroro

Gideon Orovwiroro is the Co-Founder & Director of Operations at Fincra, a global cross-border payment infrastructure company that provides pay-ins, payouts, and settlement solutions across 20+ African markets and beyond. With over 15 years of experience spanning investment advisory, fund management, angel investing, fintech operations, and economic development, he has played a key role in driving business growth and expanding economic opportunities across Africa and internationally.

Before co-founding Fincra in 2021, he served as Chief Operations Officer at Korapay Technologies. He is also a CFA Level 3 Candidate, a respected thought leader and award-winning professional, and the author of several publications in economic and public policy. His contributions to investment and expansion opportunities were recognised by the UK’s West Midlands Government during the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games Business & Tourism Programme.
