Gene Deyev is the Founder and CEO of Stobox, a full‑stack tokenization platform that has facilitated over $500 million in tokenized assets across more than 20 jurisdictions. Co‑founded with Ross Shemeliak in August 2018, Stobox evolved from a security token offering consultancy into a comprehensive platform covering legal compliance, token engineering, investor relations, and secondary market access. The company’s “Run → Raise → Tokenize” framework has served over 100 clients, and Deyev personally oversees the seven‑layer Stobox Tokenization Methodology that spans legal structuring, asset engineering, investor management, distribution, liquidity, and ongoing operations.
