Fiorentina D’Amore is a seasoned fintech executive with over 20 years of experience in financial regulation, digital assets, and business operations. She currently serves as CEO Malta and Senior Director of Business Operations Europe at Blockchain.com, where she leads the company’s European expansion from Malta.
In mid-2025, D’Amore secured a Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) licence from the Malta Financial Services Authority, a key regulatory milestone for Blockchain.com’s EU strategy.
