Dr Manodha Gamage
Advisor to the Ministry of Digital Economy – Sri Lanka
Dr Manodha Gamage is a seasoned ICT professional, academic, and policy advisor based in Sri Lanka. He holds a doctorate and has over 30 years of teaching and industry experience, starting in 1991. He is the Founder and Managing Director of Intelligent Solutions and Consultancy (ISaC), a firm specializing in IP network design and total ICT solutions.
Dr Gamage has served as a consultant to the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Sri Lanka on the National Certification Authority Task Force from 2011 to 2012 and as a Consulting Partner at Nutanix. Since at least 2024, he has been an Advisor to the Ministry of Digital Economy, where he provides guidance on digital transformation, blockchain regulation, AI governance, and the economic oversight of emerging technologies.
He has been a featured speaker and moderator at the SiGMA South Asia Summit, addressing topics such as how emerging economies can govern blockchain and AI without stifling innovation. Dr Gamage is also active in cybersecurity and digital economy discussions, and he maintains a strong academic background through teaching and mentorship.
