Dr Herman Mula is a Maltese lawyer and integrity specialist, currently serving as Integrity Officer at the Malta Football Association and the Aquatic Sports Association of Malta. He is also a legal practitioner at HM Advocates and a lecturer on criminal law and courtroom advocacy at the Academy for Disciplined Forces.
His work focuses on safeguarding sporting integrity, preventing match‑manipulation, and promoting responsible gambling. He has spoken at international events such as SiGMA, where he discussed Malta’s legislative framework for combating match‑fixing. He also maintains a private law practice, HM Advocates, focusing on defence litigation.
