Doron Hai

Doron Hai is the Chief Operating Officer at DOXA Insurance, an award‑winning specialty insurance platform based in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He leads operational strategy and execution for the company’s portfolio of underwriting businesses.

Prior to joining DOXA, Hai served as Vice President, CIO & Head of Operations at CapSpecialty, where he started in June 2017. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Merck, where he received awards for customer focus and operational excellence in 2004 and 2005. He also earned a Novarica Impact Digital Award in 2019 for a cloud‑based digital platform.
