
Dominique Cavalié joined FDJ Group in July 2023 as Director of Employee Experience and Transformation, a role focused on shaping the employee journey and driving organizational change. In 2024/2025, he was promoted to Chief Human Resources and Transformation Officer of FDJ UNITED, the new group name adopted after FDJ’s acquisition of Kindred Group plc. He now leads HR and transformation strategy for the merged entity across 13 countries.
Cavalié has spent his entire career in human resources and transformation roles since 1993. He is a graduate of the University of Paris I: Panthéon‑Sorbonne. His deep experience in HR operations, change management, and corporate culture has been instrumental in integrating the teams of FDJ and Kindred into a unified global workforce.
In addition to his executive responsibilities, Cavalié represents FDJ UNITED on the group’s corporate foundation, where he contributes to philanthropic governance. His appointment to the C‑suite marks a strategic move for FDJ UNITED as it consolidates its position as a leading French lottery and iGaming operator.
