Dominic R. Ortiz, CPA, CGMA, serves as Chief Executive Officer of Potawatomi Hotels & Casinos, the tribal gaming enterprise of the Forest County Potawatomi Community in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the AICPA board of directors, bringing financial expertise to the leadership of the casino and hotel operations.

Under Ortiz's leadership, Potawatomi has pursued a strategy of digital innovation and tribal sovereignty. The property launched an esports studio, achieved top YouTube rankings in Wisconsin, and entered a white-label sportsbook partnership with Gambet, opting to retain control over operations rather than license to major sportsbook operators. Ortiz has been an outspoken advocate for self-built platforms and has shared his insights on future-proofing tribal gaming at industry events such as G2E and the Indian Gaming Tradeshow, emphasizing the importance of cultural authenticity and community engagement.
