Dmitrijs Latiševs is the Chief Executive Officer of BlueOrange Bank (BluOr Bank AS), a Latvian financial institution that provides banking services to sectors including iGaming and gambling operators. He also serves as Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Executive Committee.
He has been with the bank for over a decade, originally as Chairman of the Board of its predecessor, Baltikums Bank, as early as 2014. Following the bank’s rebranding to BlueOrange, he became CEO, leading the institution’s transformation and market expansion.
Under his leadership, BlueOrange issued subordinated bonds and developed sustainable finance projects, such as the allocation of EUR 4.36 million for a battery recycling plant. He is a member of the Council of the Finance Latvia Association and frequently speaks on banking transformation at events hosted by Deloitte and the British Embassy.
Latiševs holds a degree from the University of Latvia.
