Delphine Forma is an experienced compliance and legal officer with a background spanning large UK banks and blockchain/crypto businesses. She currently serves as Head of Policy Europe at Solidus Labs, a crypto market integrity and compliance technology firm, where she focuses on regulatory strategy and industry engagement across the region.
She holds a diploma from Sciences Po Lyon and two master’s degrees specializing in European Criminal Business Law and Frauds and Money Laundering Prevention. Earlier in her career, she worked at Bank of Tokyo‑Mitsubishi UFJ and HSBC Bank plc in compliance roles, before moving into the crypto space. She has served as a Board member of the Crypto Valley Association and the OpenVASP Association, and founded the Crypto Compliance and Legal Telegram group.
Forma has held senior compliance positions at crypto exchanges and miners in Switzerland, and was a Senior Compliance Manager at BitMEX in 2022. She regularly speaks at fintech and blockchain conferences, and her current work at Solidus Labs involves shaping policy frameworks for digital asset transaction monitoring and market surveillance.
