Debi Nutton is a trailblazing casino industry veteran with more than four decades of experience. She began her career dealing craps on the Las Vegas Strip and rose through the ranks to hold senior leadership roles at some of the world’s most iconic gaming and hospitality properties. Her career includes positions as Senior Vice President of Casino Operations and Marketing at MGM and Bellagio, and Executive Vice President of Casino Operations at Wynn Resorts. She was also President of Casino Operations at Treasure Island earlier in her career.
Nutton is a founding board member of Global Gaming Women, a nonprofit that supports and inspires women in the gaming industry. In 2024 she was inducted into the American Gaming Association’s Gaming Hall of Fame, the industry’s highest honor. Her contributions to the field have been widely recognized and celebrated.
Since retiring from full-time operations, Nutton has served as an executive coach and trusted advisor to gaming executives and companies. She sits on the board of directors of Everi Holdings and in early 2025 was appointed to the Board of Advisors of EagleSight.ai, bringing her operational expertise to the development of AI-driven casino floor solutions.
