Dan Henson

Dan Henson (Daniel Henson) has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Paysafe Limited since 2022 and currently holds the position of Chairman. He also serves as non-executive chairman of IntraFi Network. His career spans leadership roles in financial services and technology, with deep expertise in payments, marketing, and corporate strategy.

Prior to his board role at Paysafe, Henson was a senior executive at General Electric, where he served as Chief Marketing Officer and led global sales and marketing efforts. His tenure at GE included driving strategic growth initiatives and brand development across multiple business units. This extensive background in a Fortune 500 company equipped him with the operational and governance experience he now brings to Paysafe's board.

At Paysafe, Henson oversees the governance of a global payments platform that is a key enabler for the iGaming and online gambling industry, as well as the broader experience economy.
