Craig S. Billings

Craig S. Billings has served as Chief Executive Officer of Wynn Resorts, Limited since February 1, 2022, leading innovation and strategy across the company's global portfolio of luxury integrated resorts, including Wynn Las Vegas, Wynn Macau, and Wynn Palace. He also serves as an Executive Director of Wynn Macau, Limited.

Billings joined Wynn Resorts in March 2017 as Chief Financial Officer and was later promoted to President and CFO before becoming CEO. He also served as CEO of Wynn Interactive Ltd. prior to his appointment as group CEO. His tenure has focused on expanding the company's digital footprint and enhancing its luxury offerings.

Before joining Wynn, Billings held senior executive roles at Aristocrat Leisure Limited, where he was Chief Digital Officer and Managing Director of Strategy and Business Development from July 2012 to November 2015. He also held positions at International Game Technology and worked in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs, covering the gaming industry globally.

Billings began his career in the audit practice of Deloitte & Touche. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting (Cum Laude) from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and an MBA from Columbia Business School. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

In addition to his role at Wynn, Billings serves as Lead Independent Director, Compensation Committee Chair, and Audit Committee member for AppLovin Corporation. He also served as a Non-executive Director of Wynn Macau, Limited from August 2018 until his re-designation as an Executive Director in February 2022.
