
Connie Deon is a veteran gaming and hospitality finance executive with over 28 years of experience. She began her career at Isle of Capri Casino in Lula, Mississippi, serving as Financial Controller. She later joined Pearl River Resort, where she held the roles of Executive Director and Financial Controller, overseeing financial operations for the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians' gaming and hospitality enterprise.
