Chiara El Rikabi is a finance professional with over a decade of experience in traditional and digital finance. She joined 21Shares in 2021 and has since risen to lead the company's operations in Italy and Ticino (Switzerland) as Director – Head of Italy & Ticino.
Her expertise lies in bridging the gap between legacy finance and emerging crypto assets, with a strong focus on institutional adoption, staking solutions, and the evaluation of Layer‑1 blockchains such as Sui and Solana. She has been instrumental in expanding institutional and retail demand for crypto ETPs across Southern Europe.
Chiara is a regular speaker at major industry events including ETHMilan, AIBC World, and SiGMA, where she discusses crypto ETPs, staking, and the future of digital asset regulation. Her career at 21Shares began in 2021 as Senior Sales Associate for Southern Europe before her promotion to her current role in 2025.
