Chanelle Beukes

Chanelle Beukes is an accomplished finance leader currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Hollywoodbets, a prominent company in the iGaming and gambling industry. She has held this pivotal role since March 2016, where she is instrumental in steering the company's financial strategy and ensuring compliance. Beukes is recognized for her exceptional leadership, innovative approach, and a deep passion for finance and compliance, actively mentoring and empowering her team within the industry's fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Before her tenure at Hollywoodbets, Chanelle Beukes accumulated an impressive 14 years of experience at EY (Ernst & Young). She progressed through various roles within the Business Tax Advisory team, starting as an Article Trainee. During her time at EY, she honed her expertise in corporate tax advisory services, ultimately rising to the position of Tax Manager and Executive Director.

Beukes's academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting Science (BCompt) and an Honours in Accounting from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. She furthered her education by obtaining a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from the same institution. She is also a Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)), certified by the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA).
