Carl Sottosanti is a retired gaming industry legal executive who now serves as an Advisory Board Member at PlayStar and an advisor to Compliable, a licensing-compliance firm. He spent nearly 18 years at Penn National Gaming, culminating as Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary, retiring at the end of 2020.
During his tenure at Penn National, Sottosanti oversaw corporate governance, major acquisitions including Hollywood Casino, Argosy Gaming, Pinnacle Entertainment, and the Barstool Sports investment, as well as regulatory compliance.
