Brian Krolicki serves as a Commissioner on the Nevada Gaming Commission and as Vice President of the International Association of Gaming Regulators (IAGR), with a scheduled ascension to IAGR President in late 2026. In these roles, he adjudicates licensing, suitability, enforcement, and regulatory matters for global gaming operators, technology companies, and manufacturers, and collaborates with regulators across North America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America.

Krolicki began his career on Wall Street at Smith Barney and Bankers Trust Company before a temporary state government assignment led to 24 years of Nevada state service. He was elected four times statewide as Nevada’s State Treasurer and Lieutenant Governor, becoming the first person in Nevada history to be term-limited twice from constitutional office.

He serves on multiple corporate and nonprofit boards, including Faraday Future (Chairman), Vislink Technologies, and Nevada Nanotech Systems. He is also Chairman of the Reno Tahoe Winter Games Coalition, a role he has held since 2007.

Krolicki holds a bachelor’s degree from Stanford University and qualifies as a “Financial Expert” for audit committees under the U.S. Securities Exchange Act.
