Brian Gullbrants is the Chief Operating Officer – North America for Wynn Resorts, a role he assumed in 2023 after serving as President of Wynn Las Vegas and Encore. With over 35 years in luxury hospitality and gaming, he oversees Wynn's North American operations, including properties in Las Vegas and Boston.
Gullbrants joined Wynn Resorts in 2008 as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Encore at Wynn Las Vegas, where he oversaw the opening of the resort. He was promoted to Executive Vice President and General Manager of both Wynn Las Vegas and Encore in 2011, and later became President of Encore Boston Harbor in 2017, leading the final construction and successful opening of that property. In 2021 he returned to Las Vegas as President of Wynn Las Vegas and Encore before being elevated to his current corporate role.
Before his tenure at Wynn, Gullbrants spent 20 years at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, rising to Vice President of Operations with worldwide responsibility. He also serves on the board of the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, reflecting his deep ties to the Nevada tourism industry.
