Billy Wailand serves as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at GCI, a role he assumed in January 2021. Wailand joined GCI in 2014, first as Associate General Counsel and later as Vice President of Corporate Development, bringing over 15 years of business and legal experience to the company. Before GCI, he was a law partner at Feldman Orlansky & Sanders, a law clerk for Justice Dana Fabe of the Alaska Supreme Court, and an associate at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP in New York.
