Benn Barrantes

Benn Barrantes is a social service executive and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Barrantes & Associates Inc., Barrantes Group Living Inc., and Barrantes Community Inc. – a group of organizations operating in the community and social services sector across Ontario, Canada. His work focuses on applied behavior analysis and disability services, providing support to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Barrantes is a distinguished graduate of York University’s Philosophy program and remains actively involved with his alma mater. He established the Barrantes Prizes in Philosophy through a donation, supporting philosophical scholarship and undergraduate excellence. His professional expertise is rooted in evidence-based behavioral interventions and inclusive community living models.

Outside of his directorial roles, Barrantes has contributed to policy and practice in the social services field, emphasizing person-centered care and ethical service delivery. His leadership at Barrantes Community Inc. has expanded residential and community integration programs for adults with complex needs.
