Becky Warren

Becky Warren is a Partner at Actum, a global consulting firm she joined in July 2025 following Actum's acquisition of Elevate Public Affairs, a firm she co-founded. At Actum, she continues to lead strategic communications, which includes media relations, public affairs, and crisis and litigation communication.

With over two decades of experience, Warren provides communications counsel to numerous Fortune 100 companies, including some of the world's most innovative and talked-about enterprises. Her expertise extends to sectors such as artificial intelligence, cryptocurrency, and online platforms. She has also successfully managed public and community engagement for airports and local governments, and advanced complex land use and renewable energy projects.

Before co-founding Elevate Public Affairs, Warren served as a partner at another Los Angeles public affairs firm. Earlier in her career, she was the managing director for the Sacramento office of Mercury Public Affairs. Notably, she held the position of Deputy Communications Director for Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, where she was responsible for managing his public appearances, crafting his messaging, and driving media coverage.

Prior to her tenure with the Schwarzenegger Administration, Warren held communications and legislative roles for leaders in the state Assembly and Senate. She also directed public affairs for the California Restaurant Association. She is an active board member of the Los Angeles Conservation Corps and a former chair of the Santa Monica Chamber of Commerce. Warren earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UC Santa Barbara.
