Austeja Lazaraviciute is an investor at COINVEST Capital, where she focuses on early-stage investments in iGaming, blockchain, and technology startups. She also serves as Global Head of Partner Management at Innovis VC, a European student-run venture capital organization, overseeing partner engagement and pipeline development.
She studied Economics and Management for Art, Culture, and Communication at Bocconi University in Milan, Italy, and was recognized on the Bocconi Dean’s List for Social Impact (2024–2025) for her volunteer work with Rotary International.
Austeja has been a judge at the AIBC Startup Pitch during SiGMA Central Europe 2025 and is a featured speaker at SiGMA World 2026.
