Arthur Breitman
Co‑founder of Tezos and Director at Trilitech
Arthur Breitman is a computer scientist and entrepreneur best known as the co‑creator (with his wife Kathleen Breitman) of the Tezos blockchain, a self‑amending, proof‑of‑stake platform that launched in 2017 after raising $232 million in an initial coin offering (ICO) in 2016. He began working on Tezos in 2014, drawing on earlier experience in quantitative finance at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley, plus stints in robotics and at Google X (now part of Alphabet).
Breitman currently serves as a director at Trilitech, the Tezos‑focused development studio, and as a member of the Tezos Foundation Council. He is also the founder of AGITProp. He frequently speaks on blockchain governance, scaling, and data availability.
