Arofat Salayeva is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) with over a decade of experience in financial management and international taxation. She serves as Managing Director of Arosal Audit, a Cyprus-based audit, tax, and advisory firm, and as President of the Cyprus‑Uzbekistan Business Association.
Salayeva is an active speaker at iGaming events such as SiGMA Balkans/CIS and SiGMA Eurasia, where she promotes Cyprus as a strategic business destination for the industry. She holds an MSc and the Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT) and is a member of the International Compliance Association (ICA).
