Armin Zerza

Armin Zerza is a seasoned financial and operational executive with over three decades of global leadership across entertainment, technology, and consumer goods. He joined Warner Music Group as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer on May 5, 2025, reporting to CEO Robert Kyncl. His LinkedIn profile and public appearances also designate him as Chief Operating Officer, reflecting his broad oversight of both financial and operational functions at the major music label.

Prior to Warner Music Group, Zerza spent nearly a decade at Activision Blizzard, where he served as Chief Financial Officer from April 2021 and also held the role of Chief Commercial Officer. During his tenure, he played a pivotal part in the company’s acquisition by Microsoft, one of the largest deals in video game history. His leadership encompassed global finance, commercial strategy, and corporate development for the gaming giant.

Earlier in his career, Zerza spent more than 20 years at Procter & Gamble in senior finance roles across North America, Europe, and Latin America, including CFO of the European Baby Care and Latin America divisions, as well as roles on the global M&A team. This broad international experience gave him deep expertise in consumer goods and brand management.

Zerza holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Commerce from Vienna University of Economics and Business. His career reflects a consistent pattern of senior financial and operational leadership across multiple industries, though he has no direct background in the iGaming or gambling sector.
