Arlen R. Shenkman is a global technology executive with more than 25 years of experience leading high‑growth businesses. He joined UKG as President and CFO in November 2024. His career spans senior financial and corporate development roles at Boomi, Citrix, and SAP, preceded by a legal career as a corporate and securities attorney.
At SAP, Shenkman played a key role in major acquisitions including Ariba, Concur, SuccessFactors, and Sybase. He later served as CFO of SAP North America before joining Citrix as EVP and CFO in 2019. Most recently, he was CFO of Boomi, a Dell Technologies company, before moving to UKG.
Shenkman began his career practicing corporate and securities law from 1995 to 2004 after earning a JD from the University of Miami. He also serves on the board of directors of Aspen Technology, Inc. His focus at UKG is on driving growth and operational excellence in the workforce management and HR technology sector.
